2. Description of Service
iWrity provides a points-based platform that connects authors with readers for the purpose of receiving honest, Amazon-compliant book reviews. No payment is made per review; reviews are exchanged via a points system.
3. Amazon Compliance
All reviews facilitated through iWrity must comply with Amazon's Community Guidelines. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine reading of the book, and must not misrepresent the reviewer's experience. Review swaps and reciprocal arrangements are strictly prohibited.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to submit fake or misleading reviews, create multiple accounts, abuse the points system, harass other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Points System
Points are earned by submitting verified reviews and spent to request reviews for your own books. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
iWrity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
